Shadows and Silhouettes

   Hi folks!
It's Sunday already?  Sorry I'm late.  I didn't get on this project like I wanted to.  I did learn how to spell silhouette. I had no idea.
The fish fly was fun to experiment with.  They are all the same shot.
I'm going to put my two favs at the end.  They were taken in Florida but I want you to see them. I miss the sunsets on the beach in Venice.

Morning sun shadow selfie on the driveway.  The cam was hanging around my neck and I set the timer to get the shot.  I'm not that wide. It must be the angle of the lens or something wrong with the camera.

Coast Guard helo over my house.

I added some red and I like the way the waves light up.

  1. Wow, Burr- your photos blew me away! Love the selfie, the fishfly pics are truly elegant, great stop-action on the helicopter, and the boat and fishermen silhouettes remind me why I love Florida! The marsh burning shot is so dramatic- does that happen naturally by accident- lightning, perhaps? Great job with this assignment!
