BIRDS--BIRDS-BIRDS

Happy Memorial Day people!!!
It's good to get back on.  I've been collecting bird shots for two weeks now from Grosse Pointe, my yard and St. Johns Marsh up near Algonac.  Lots of rain and cool weather made for difficult birding. My back yard was a lake for several days.  Mark said up to 100 so here are some of several hundred I took.  Usually a only few out of a hundred are keepers. It's fun keeping the camera in the car watching for a good photo op. These are from my new full frame camera (6d) and I'm not too happy with the sharpness as compared to my other one (50d). I also have to crank up the ISO (1600) to speed up the shutter and it's kinda soft focus for wildlife type stuff.  These were all shot with Canon 6d and 100-400 L series zoom.
Still having fun!!
